Julia Lincycomb is our school's Director. She has over eight years' experience working at Montessori schools in the Austin area. Ms. Julia received her Professional Administrators National Certification in 2007 before joining with Ms. Debi to open One World Montessori School.
Julia was born in Scotland and she spent most of her life living and traveling abroad, which helped to cultivate her interest in different cultures, beliefs and customs.
Music and singing have always been an important part of Ms. Julia's life, and she shares this love of music with the children by conducting a music program at the end of each summer.
Julia says her favorite part of being around children is making them laugh, and she believes that children have a lot to teach us about life. Ms. Julia is so proud to be a part of this wonderful school community.

Julia enjoys singing, reading, painting, vegetarian cooking, and (of course) traveling. She lives in North Austin with her husband, Jon, and their many pets.

Debi Brinker is the owner of One World Montessori School, as well as the Primary 1 lead teacher. In 1997, she received her 3-6
year-old (Stage II) International Montessori Diploma from London Montessori Centre, which is now known as Montessori Centre International, and she received her Professional Administrator's Certification in 2007.
Ms. Debi has been an educator for over sixteen years in both public and private schools around the globe, which has aided her as a teacher to develop her own cultural, integrative curriculum.
Debi says her experiences abroad made her more appreciative of different cultures, while helping to shape her unique teaching style. After teaching in many different types of schools, Ms. Debi finds the Montessori method to be the most effective.

When she is not in the classroom, Ms. Debi is an award- winning artist and a writer. She also enjoys painting, sewing, gardening, and interior design. Ms. Debi has lived and taught in the Austin/Cedar Park area for over nine years.
